For a standard store setup, we typically complete everything in 7-14 business days depending on the complexity of your product catalog and how quickly you can share your brand assets (logo, images, copy). Larger catalogs or custom requirements may take a bit longer, and we'll give you a clear timeline before we start.
No, you don't. We can help you create your Shopify account and choose the right plan as part of the setup process. If you already have an account, we'll work inside it using collaborator access. We never need your login credentials.
For most new businesses, the Basic Shopify plan is a great starting point. If you're expecting higher volumes or need advanced reporting, we'll guide you toward the right plan. We assess your specific needs and make a recommendation without upselling for the sake of it.
We can do both. If you have existing content, we'll use it. If you need content written from scratch product descriptions, About Us page, policies that can be scoped as an add-on service. We'll be clear about what's included in your package.
